Shipping Policy

At Vitasense, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Delivery Time

As stated on each product page, most orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days anywhere in South Africa.

While some products are held in stock and available for immediate dispatch, others are sourced directly from our trusted suppliers. Estimated delivery times are displayed on each individual product page.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both in stock items and supplier sourced items, your order will be shipped together once all items are available.

This allows us to keep shipping costs as low as possible, as only one delivery fee is charged per order.

If you require an in stock item urgently, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.

Shipping Costs

A standard shipping fee will apply to orders under R750.

Orders of R750 or more qualify for FREE delivery anywhere in South Africa.

All deliveries are made via Aramex Couriers or another reputable courier partner where necessary.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information, where available.

Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout South Africa. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, particularly for remote or outlying areas.

Delays

Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays or supplier delays.

Should there be any significant delay with your order, our team will keep you informed.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

Vitasense cannot be held responsible for delays or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
