Returns & Refund Policy

At Vitasense, we are committed to providing high quality health, beauty and wellness products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations.

Delivery

As stated on all product pages, please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery within South Africa. While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 business days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned if they have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged or defective item supplied by Vitasense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

We will assess the claim as quickly as possible and arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the incorrect product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged or we supplied the incorrect product, Vitasense will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
